A PROGRAM FOR YOU
At the heart of our Studio activities is a well-designed program, dynamically designed to serve and support any one "steps" into our space (as now we also offer live streaming classes).
Scheduled around our community's busy schedule through out the year, our program has 3 (three) series of classes, mostly Yoga and complemented by other movement disciplines like Pound and Somatic.
1. Yoga for Beginners: introduce yoga and establish the basics
2. Activating: to build the body, mind & energy
3. Fun to Chill: to feel free, joy & go within
Cross-over and integration are also offered in our Program when we hold special classes, workshops and events
INTRO TO YOGA
with Rika Mulya
Taught offline only, this class is perfect for anyone wants to start the journey of yoga but finds private sessions to costly.
Held at the open air Joglo studio, students, the class will be inspiring and fit for purpose to enjoy the beginning of their yoga journey.
Style is Introductory and Move with Breath (Hatha Flow)
Offered to new to yoga folks, the class focuses on basic alignment for basic poses so that they can start enjoying the benefits of asana practice.
Taught hybrid and held early in the morning, this class also serves those who wants to learn the basics
Style is Align & Feel and Move with Breath (Hatha Flow)
Offered on Saturday afternoon, this class is perfect for new to yoga students and those who just want to enjoy yoga practice which is not too strenuous
The class themed for category of poses each week and is emphasized in connecting pose to pose to breath, a secret of joyful asana practice.

The Founder of Gudang Gudang Yoga studio, Mona Jahja who started yoga at 45 y.o. and totally unfit, is blessed to have Jo Ichihara as her first teacher. From Jo, Mona learns the importance of focuses on a more understanding and acceptance on self to be able to enjoy the journey.
