Scheduled around Jakartan's busy schedule, our studio has 3 (three) series of yoga and meditation classes offered daily

1. Beginners Friendly: to introduce yoga and establish the basics
2. Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa and Hatha Vinyasa: to build the body, mind & energy towards progression, all levels
3. Private Yoga: to those prefer a more focused practice at the studio or at your office space by our faculty

In addition to regular public classes, we hold special classes by guest teachers and our school alumni, workshops and events

INTRO TO YOGA

Taught offline only, this class is perfect for anyone wants to start the journey of yoga but finds private sessions to costly.

The class will be inspiring and fit for purpose to enjoy the beginning of their yoga journey.
Style is Introductory and Move with Breath (Flow)
INTRO TO VINYASA

Offered to newbies who are interested in vinyasa/ yang yoga which is now popular.

Learn the fundamental of move with breath and key poses in Surya A & B and selected pose category including journey into inversions.

Style is Vinyasa Flow
LET"S BEGIN
TUE 4PM, WED 7PM
Offered to newbies who are interested to learn fundamentals and progressing to backbend, arm balances and inversions poses. This class is perfect for beginners who are ready to progress their practice with alignment and body preparation/ action.

Feeling self-conscious and embarrassed in a class setting when you feel you are "less than" everyone is unhelpful and unnecessary.
The Founder of Gudang Gudang Yoga studio, Mona Jahja who started yoga at 45 y.o. and totally unfit, is blessed to have Jo Ichihara as her first teacher. From Jo, Mona learns the importance of focuses on a more understanding and acceptance on self to be able to enjoy the journey.

As you practice yoga asana more consistently, you learn more about yourself both physically and internally. You may be fascinated with your body when you start activating them skillfully and mindfully. You may start to notice progression of technique, mobility/ strengths/ flexibility and stamina as you practice the right versions of poses
Our all level yoga classes are taught in either Vinyasa (most favorite yang yoga) and Hatha Vinyasa/ Power Vinyasa (both are putting importance on alignment and drills for preparing the body to progress into poses & transition). Classes timed for Jakarta people's busy schedule

Some of you may prefer to get a personalized practice either by yourself or with friends either to start yoga practice, to learn and progress to specific goals or vibes. Some of you may want to have a group private practice at your office or at our studio for any celebration.
